When trying to turn a Trillion Dollar Industry into a Multi-Trillion Dollar Industry, that Industry needs one particular thing, Developers.
There aren’t enough Developers to go around in the Cryptocurrency space. So little in fact, that the Average Salary for these Developers range from $250,000 to $1,300,000 Million! Developers are being scoped up left and right, with promises of Token Allocation. We need more Developers in the Industry. We would like to offer a Solution.
The Blockchain-Neutral Institution
We can do things differently. If we are serious about Mass Adoption of Cryptocurrency, then we need to take drastic measures, while we have momentum. As Governments prepare their GBDCs (Government-Backed Digital Currency), we stand at a pivotal point. We need educated Engineers who are ready to help build Decentralized Ecosystems.
We would like to propose the creation of the Blockchain-Neutral Institution (the Community can decide the actual name). At this Institution, Students can learn and become Certified in a number of Blockchain Technologies. All for free. There is an obvious solution to how we can accomplish that.
Token Allocation
New and existing Projects can opt to adjust their Token Allocation to allow for up to 5% of their Tokens to be donated to this Institute. To keep their Cryptocurrencies from immediately crashing, a linear release schedule would be put into place.
If funded, we would go first, as a sign of good will to the Community.
Who would control it?
The Community would Nominate and Elect a Board of Developers across the Industries Top 100 via Community Governance. This Board will steer the Institution in the correct direction, and critique the Certifications offered by it, as well as define Curriculum.
